WAPA - World Association of Performing Arts (World Association of Performing Arts) is a world cultural institution established to establish better cooperation between festival organizers and artists. This association helps young talents and does not anticipate their musical careers. VAPE Board of Directors eminent representatives of the music and stage world - artists, musicians, composers, songwriters, producers, singing professors, masters of the stage movement, actors, dancers, painters, etc.

WAPA has set very high standards and the festivals that are part of this association are considered the best and most respected in the world.

President of WAPA World is Mr.Armando Gukasyan.

The WAPA Serbia branch, as an equal member of WAPE, aims to improve the artistic and cultural scene of Serbia through its activities - by organizing competitions, concerts, forums, seminars and art workshops, as well as to help competitions and festivals from Serbia to raise their activities to a higher level.
